Relaxing Yoga Retreat in Norfolk

Come and enjoy a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga retreat in a beautiful, boutique mansion house in rural Norfolk: Fishley Hall. If you would like two nights away, to immerse yourself in yoga, with plenty of time for rest and relaxation, then this retreat is for you. Beginners and experienced yoga students are all welcome.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This nurturing retreat is held in a gorgeous manor farm, surrounded by vast skies and spacious Norfolk countryside. There will be opportunity to enjoy the surrounding area as well as practicing yoga in the large light-filled conservatory. Delicious vegetarian meals are included in the cost. Your time is your own and you can enjoy as much or as little of the yoga as you like!

Yoga is a holistic approach to improving your health and wellbeing. It works on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and energetic and aims to bring a sense of calm to all areas of the body and mind: this is the aim of yoga. Yoga can help to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your posture, strength and flexibility. Yoga can help you to relax deeply and soothe the body and mind. It can help to ease respiratory and digestive disorders as well as increase self esteem, set goals and help you to feel more positive and healthier.

Going on a yoga retreat helps you to discover these benefits even if you have never practised yoga before! My aim is for everyone to feel more relaxed, nourished and energised by the end of the retreat. All yoga, meditation sessions, meals and walks are optional.

Friday 4th October 2019
Arrive anytime from 6.00pm, at a time that suits you. Settle in to your room and come and enjoy a relaxing yoga session and a nourishing supper. Quiet time is from 10pm.

Saturday 5th October 2019
Today is your day to enjoy as you wish! There will be two yoga sessions, plus meditation, and three delicious home-made vegan / vegetarian meals available. You may like to come on a six mile walk along the river or relax in one of the two lounges, visit the surrounding countryside, or have a long, luxurious bath!

Sunday 6th October 2019
Today there will be two yoga sessions available plus a delicious breakfast and lunch. Departure is at 3pm.

Food:

Delicious, nutritious, healthy vegan and vegetarian meals are included as outlined above. If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know at the time of booking.

Accommodation:

There are seven luxury twin or double bedrooms, either with an en-suite bathroom, “Jack and Jill” bathrooms or shared bathrooms, with roll top baths, hot showers, fluffy towels and soft bedding to ensure deep sleep and total comfort. Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am.
