Is there something on your mind and/or a pain in your body? Yoga can help with all health issues, including stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, low self esteem, back pain, posture, recovery from illness and surgery, stiffness, cancer and women’s health (monthly cycle, fertility, pregnancy, labour, postnatal recovery and menopause). A programme to help you improve your fitness levels or to fine tune or extend your current yoga practice can be created.  Whatever your age or experience, yoga can help and Anna is happy to work with adults and children.

Discover how to move more freely, breathe more freely and live more freely. Drawing on Anna’s training and experience of different yoga practices, we will create an individual yoga practice just for you.
